TERMS OF SERVICE

Please thoroughly read the Terms of Service before requesting a commission. By commissioning me you are agreeing to the TOS listed below. If you fail to read the TOS I am not liable for potential issues caused as a result. I have the right to decline a commission due to violation of the TOS, or for any reason I deem appropriate. Terms of Service are subject to change.

PROCESS

1. Please email or DM (on Twitter/Instagram) to inquire about your commission request after reading the TOS. We can discuss details to see if my work would be a good match for your request.
2. Once approved, please fill out the Commission Form with as much detail as possible, and then email me the completed form along with reference images of your character. Commissions will not be approved without references.
3. When the form is received you will be sent a PayPal invoice. Please send PayPal payment for full cost of commission, unless previously agreed upon payment plan.
4. Once Commission Form with reference images and PayPal payment are received you will be added to the queue and sent an ETA. Most commissions can be completed within a month.
5. If requested, you will receive updates throughout the drawing process. This can include initial drafts and sketches of progress for revisions.
6. When the commission is complete I will DM to let you know and email you the final high-quality file.
Note: Once payment has been received via PayPal invoice a commission cannot be refunded.

I reserve all rights to my artwork and you may not claim it as your own. Commissioned artwork is for personal use only and cannot be used commercially or be resold.
I reserve the right to use my work to promote myself unless previously agreed upon by commissioner to omit from online self-promotions.
